Submitting your claim form
When you lodge a property type claim we need a signed declaration. For that reason you should print out your own selected claim form and then submit the completed form by mail or fax. Alternatively you can scan in your completed and signed claim form and email it to our claims department - enquiries@qbe.co.nz
Monitoring your claim’s progress
We will advise you on the progress of your claim through your insurance broker or agent, or directly.
