QBE's claims service standard is to settle your claim within 10 working days of our receiving all of the necessary documentation, including a completed claim form and other supporting documents (such as original receipts, police and medical reports).

We can provide around-the-clock worldwide emergency assistance from our dedicated Overseas Medical Emergency and General Assistance team, QBE Assist. Our trained medical and insurance specialists can assist travellers to make decisions regarding their situation.
